Music

The Music Department has two great classroom teachers and seven fantastic instrumental teachers.
The music department is always a bustling, exciting place to be whether it is within a normal timetabled lesson or during break, lunch or after school. You will always hear a variety of different music being performed from classical piano to rock and everything in between. The Department has two main classrooms, three practice rooms and a purpose built recording studio.
We put on a variety of performances during the school year which includes winter and summer concerts and a Young Musician of the Year competition in the Spring.
Students also have the opportunity to receive individual tuition lessons on a variety of instruments or voice.
