Examination Certificates

For examinations sat in the summer of 2025, please be aware that the certificates will not be ready for collection until January 2026 if you do not attend the presentation evening in December 2025.
We therefore ask that you complete the form below after 01 January 2026.

For all other examination certificates please fill the form out.

To request the collection of examination certificates please complete the school Google form by following the link below.  You will then be notified by email as soon as the certificates are available for collection from the school reception.

If someone is collecting the certificate on your behalf please provide them with a signed note from you confirming that you have given your permission. Please follow this link for a permission form which can be printed and used if preferred.
