Behaviour Support Centre Worker  

Local government salary scale band 2

Actual salary range: £13,117 to £13,920

Hours 32.5 per week. 8.30am - 3.30pm Monday - Friday, term time only

We require a skilled and committed individual to work with students who have specific learning and behavioural needs; helping them remove barriers to learning and support them with strategies to enable them to work successfully in their lessons.  

The successful candidate will be a determined and resilient individual who understands the importance of fostering rapport with students, expects high standards and believes that a culture of excellent behaviour for learning and respect is vital to the progress of our students.
